The end of the world is here

Do you know that one day this world will end? the disciples of Jesus Christ were wondering about His second coming and the end of the world, so they asked for Him to tell them the signs. According to Jesus Christ, no one knows the time or hour but the Father, not even the Angels. Mathew 24 :35-39 " 35 Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.36 “But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son,[a] but only the Father. 37 As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. 38 For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark; 39 and they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away. That is how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man."  There are three things he gave here,

1. Eating,

2. Drinking and

3. Marriage

People worship their bellies these days, " Their destiny is destroyed, their god is their stomach, and their glory is in their shame. Their mind is set on earthly things."- Philippians 3:19. what to eat, what to wear, these are what people fight, forgetting the time is near. What shall it profit a man if he gains the whole world and loses his soul? - Mark 3:36.

Esau lost his birthright and didn't get it back all because of food, "Vanity of vanities, saith the Preacher, vanity of vanities; all is vanity."-Ecclesiastes 1:2; Mathew 4:4 says "Jesus answered, "It is written: 'Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.'" this is because Heaven and Earth will pass away as we read in the first scripture, but his word will remain, no wonder Paul said "If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable." -1 Corinthians 15:19. if you are still worried about food, let me tell you in no distant time, all the currencies of the world will become useless.

Most pastors these days are after their own bellies and have drifted from the WORD, which is Salvation.

The second aspect Jesus spoke about is Drinking. Do you know how many people the habits of drinking have destroyed?. Proverb 31:6&7 is still misunderstood by many today even though it's written in bold text.
The third is Marriage, 99% of ladies who go to Church are doing so because they are in search of husbands. One should therefore ask what made God destroy the earth with water during the days of Noah? The simple answer is in  Genesis 6:1, same things are happening in our world today, I mean sexual immoralities, homosexuality, many countries are signing these practices into law already, When Noah was telling the people about the flood, their response is exactly what people give today when you tell them about the second coming of Christ. remember a similar thing that happened in the days of Lot. have you asked yourself why you are on the earth, everybody has an assignment, how many souls have you won for the Kingdom of God?

Prayers:

1. Father Lord give me the grace to follow your Word and abide by it

2. Oh Lord help me to discover my purpose for your Glory.
